This is such a great double boiler. And if you dont need it as a double boiler, you can just use it as 2 individual stainless pots. I absolutely LOVE this brand for vitamins! We aren't a big vitamin taking family. We believe if we eat a healthy diet and get plenty of outside time, we will get most of what we need. BUT, I do take vitamins and supplements when I am pregnant. I think it is essential to be giving a little extra boost to the body when you are growing another human!
