Simple Colostrum Smoothie
If you’re new to colostrum, don’t overthink it. You don’t need a complicated routine or a 14-step protocol. Most folks simply add it to cold or room-temp foods, and smoothies being the easiest place to start.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold raw milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1-2 teaspoons colostrum
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter or raw honey (optional)
  • Handful of ice, if you like it thicker

Directions

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour, sip, and feel wildly accomplished for doing something healthy before 9am.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Spinach or kale for extra greens
  • Protein powder
  • Cinnamon or vanilla
  • Yogurt for extra creaminess
  • Dates or maple syrup for more sweetness

Note: Keep it cool. Colostrum is best used in cold or gently warmed foods. High heat can reduce its natural benefits, so skip cooking or baking with it.
