Our cream literally ‘rises to the top’! We never skim cream off of individual jars but rather, we separate the cream from extra milk, when it’s available. This is why there is always a limited amount of cream available for purchase. The skimmed milk then gets clabbered and fed to our pastured pigs to make the tastiest pork on the market. Each jar is dated on the day of milking/separating so you always know exactly how fresh your cream is.
Our Brown Swiss cows are on pasture 365 days per year. We rotationally graze them and they are moved once or twice daily to a fresh paddock of delicious greens. This ensures they are getting optimal nutrition to provide you with the best! They are also given fresh fruits & veggies when in season. And they have access to free-choice minerals and salt at all times.
