This delicious creamy cheese is made here at the farm. We use a combination of our raw milk and a lot of our raw cream. We don't use any cultures, but rather plain lemon juice to get the curds to form. It has a slightly sweet taste that will surely have you coming back for more!
It is great to use in recipes like your grandmas famous lasagna but personally, we just like to eat it by the spoonful!
