Ingredients
- (2) Pork Chops - Bone-In
- (1/4 Cup) Flour
- (To Taste) Salt & Pepper
- (To taste) A mix of your favourite spices (for example, paprika, sage, thyme)
- (1 Tbsp) Butter (preferably organic, grass-fed, and raw)
- (1) Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- (1) Chopped onion
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and your chosen spices. Mix well.
- Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture, ensuring they're fully coated.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops to the pan and sear until golden brown on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side). Ensure they're cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced apple and chopped onion. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized.
