Raw Kefir Ice Pops to Beat the Heat this Summer
As temperatures arise, it’s time to cool down with a treat that’s as nutritious as it is delicious! Our homemade kefir ice pops are bursting with the natural flavor of fresh berries and packed with probiotics from our raw kefir. They're not only refreshing but also a great way to stay hydrated with milk's natural electrolytes.

Directions


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Raw Kefir 
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or your favorite mix)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend It Up:
    • In a blender, combine the raw kefir, fresh berries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
    • Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Some Extras:
    • If you like a bit of extra freshness, add a handful of mint leaves to the blender and pulse a few times until they’re finely chopped and well mixed.
  3. Pour and Freeze:
    • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
    • Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Enjoy:
    • Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the ice pops easily. Enjoy your refreshing, probiotic-packed treat!

These kefir ice pops are not only a great way to cool down, but they’re also a fantastic way to sneak some extra nutrients into your diet. Plus, they’re so simple to make that you can get the kids involved in the kitchen!
