Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- Prep the Pork Chops:
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Marinate (Optional for extra flavor):
- Coat the pork chops in BBQ sauce, making sure each side is evenly covered.
- Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- Heat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Grill the Pork Chops:
- Brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
