Farmhouse Protein & Veggie Quiche
This farmhouse quiche is an easy, protein-packed meal loaded with eggs, ranch-raised beef or pork, and plenty of fresh vegetables. It bakes up hearty and satisfying, making it perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a simple weeknight dinner. Real ingredients, one pan, and enough fuel to keep you full long after the dishes are done.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef, pork, and/or chicken until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers for 5–6 minutes until softened. Combine with the cooked proteins.
  4. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. Spread the protein and veggie mixture evenly in the crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over the protein and vegetables in the crust.
  6. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Tips & Variations:

  • Swap vegetables based on season (spinach, zucchini, mushrooms all work great).
  • Make mini quiches in muffin tins for easy grab-and-go portions.
  • Use leftover roasted meats for a quicker prep.
