- (3 lbs) Pork Baby Back Ribs
- (2 tbs) Garlic Powder
- (2 tbs) Smoked Paprika
- (1 teaspoon) Sea Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Black Pepper
- Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and generously oil the grates. Place the ribs on the preheated grill. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Grill for 10 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
